Around Our House

There has been a lot going on around our house lately and we thought we would bring everyone up to date with a few pictures! Flea Market has been quite the success in the past few visits! We are really looking forward to going back again this month for some seasonal decor! Here is our new canvased paintings that were a steal! $20 total for all three! The picture can't exactly do it justice! These are massive paintings.
All of us girls new immediately that this was exactly where we were needing and looking for for our huge living room wall. It really makes the room pop! Now our living room is very close to being complete! Just add curtains and we are set! (If anyone has a 94'' curtain pattern let me know!) Remember the temporary red modern canvases we painted ourselves? There were a bit too small for the wall but a good fix until we found something awesome! The red art we made will now go above our garden tub in our master bathroom. Also at the flea market we found a great fiestaware cobalt blue water pitcher. (Sorry it's turning the wrong way. I couldn't figure it out. We figured out a way to finally display it in our kitchen! After several searches of trying to find a fiestaware utensil holder in the color I wanted we decided this would be even cooler!
The pups are doing great! We got a baby gate for them so they can chill in the kitchen when guests are over and so that they wont bombard you when you open the door! Something we are working on! This is where I would insert a picture of them but Heidi is apparently "too good" for pictures and all of the ones I took she turned her head.
All of my Mr.'s life, he has wanted a Harley Davidson. In our first year together a Harley was definitely just something we dreamed about and knew that we wouldn't be getting ANY time soon. I told him the day HE gets a Harley is the day that I get a BMW convertible. ha! yeah right! Hence the reason for our Harley dog. Anyways! So as the months went on we started discussing it and praying about it more and more and saving more and more and then the more that I got comfortable with it, we were good to go!
We decided that we knew that it was one of those things that if we don't get it early in our marriage than next thing you know it's too late to do stuff like this! You know what I mean! We're just trying to have fun while we can! So, we finally found one that we both liked and agreed on! It was shiny and the seat was cozy, so I was good to go!
We love it! My Mr. passed his test and made an appointment for the driving test the first of next week! Once he takes that we are good to ride!
Before I go, there are two things that we must share with you all! One is that we have been struggling to find an amazing wood floor cleaner for our hardwood floors. Finally, we found something that is one outstanding cleaner! It is OrangeGlo wood floors! Comes in a whole kit with the mop, head, and cleaner! No water needed! Dust mop with the mop and then squirt the cleaner straight on the floor and mop away! It is so beautiful and shiny! No water, no bucket! Ugh, I'm glad those days are over! Try it!
Also, I started reading one amazing book last night. Yeah. I know. That sentence really did not sound like me at all! But, here's another shocker! I read half of it yesterday. Yeah. Told you it was intense!
It is Tori Spelling's book "sTori Telling" It's on her whole life story up until this point of course. It's awesome and a really easy read! I encourage you all to take a peak at what she has to say about her journey!
