One Door Closes...

That's right, another one opens! I'm sure all of you readers even finished the phrase as you were reading my title. This is so commonly used, and so true! Just when God gives me incredible opportunities, it seems He just gives me one more. Tonight, another door as opened for me! On Monday and Tuesday nights I go to school to do scholarship work. We have Community School of the Arts which is where children in the community can sign up to be a part of children's choirs, orchestra, band..and so on. I assist the teachers and take role, copy music, take up money and administrative stuff. I have been super excited about Monday nights because those are children's choir nights!!! I asked her if I could take notes, great learning experience!
Tonight the piano player wasn't here so it was just the director. She asked for me to help her tonight with the children singing. She was impressed and wants me to help her all the time with them! She told me afterward that we will begin splitting them up and I will work with some and she will work with some. How about that! I am super excited! One of my many dreams is to lead a children's choir. What experience this will be!
