Today I decided to sleep in a little so that I could catch up on some much needed rest. This way, I would hit this week hard and strong. After I woke up to such a beautiful day I thought it would also be relaxing to do a little shopping. We still have some gift cards left over from wedding gifts. So Jenny and I went to CoolSprings. We got a lot accomplished! Both of us had lists and we got everything we needed! I found some Wilton cookie sheets for 9.99 for a set of three! I thought that was a great deal considering all the otherswere 19.99 for one. I can't wait to use my new cookie sheets! I also got an amazing three wick pillar candle and beautiful thing to put it on. I put it on our coffee table, it looks so great! It's orange so it brings a bit of fall to our living room! It looks great with my fall Country Living magazine.
On our way home, I decided that I would do something special for John. Bow season started yesterday and he's been sad that he hasn't had a chance to hunt. So, I picked up a few items from the store for chili and no bake cookies. John isn't much of a sweets person, actually, he really doesn't like anything sweet at all. But, he likes nobake cookies. I can't wait till he get home to see what he gets to have for dinner!! His favorite chili and his favorite cookie!! May I boast? I know I'm good!
