I've never had a chance to see this much snow. Ever. Once work got called off yet again on Friday John and I decided to book it to Gatlinburg to get snowed in in a cabin!
We needed a change of scenery and boy were we in for a change!
On our venture closer to Gatlinburg, we were seeing more and more snow. By the time we got to our cabin it was gorgeous! 
The snow was melting fast from the gorgeous sun that morning, but there was still so much to get to enjoy!
One day we went to our usual locations we like to go and loved the sites of the white sheets all over the place! I got so excited about all the snow at one point, I decided to hop into what I thought was a sweet little spot of snow.
Only we found about 3 feet up above my knees. It was hilarious to say the least! Thankfully, I was prepared in the shoe department and was wearing boots suitable for the hilarious event! We enjoyed out little adventure and are back today refreshed and rejuvenated!
I think the pups needed a vacation too! They loved it there and were very excited to be home!
We are ready to grab life by the horns now--fully energized! I think it is so amazing what a few days away will do for a marriage! We vowed a long time ago to never stop taking time for us! As we continue to do this, it just keeps getting better!
