The Seasons, They Are Changing

These days around here are coming and going quite quickly.  The weeks are flying past us and next thing I know, I'm able to open my windows and let the blooms breeze through my house and ruffle my sheers off the windows.  We celebrated  family last weekend and had my family over for my Mom's birthday. 

  We celebrated with soup, corn bread, and I made strawberry cupcakes with cream cheese icing topped with a fancy strawberry.  John did the strawberries all by himself!  All I did was stick them on top, so please no credit for me!

 Our nephews brought their fun riding toys and we spent the afternoon outside.  We watched them drive all over the place.

  It was very fun.  Granny even decided to join in on the fun afternoon together!  We made a lot of memories that afternoon.

  I am very thankful to have a home to host our families to make special memories like we made that day!
